From garden to kitchen table

Before the aprons go on, we head to the garden. Pick herbs, taste sun-warmed tomatoes, and let the potager inspire the menu. Our chefs then guide you step-by-step through seasonal recipes that celebrate what’s fresh and local. The best part? Sharing your homemade feast with your crew.

Real Food, Real Skills.

In the mood for food

In the kitchen, the mood is relaxed but real. You’ll work together under the gentle guidance of our chefs, no pressure, no perfectionism, just playful techniques, sharp knives, and amazing smells. You’ll learn to season with confidence, plate with care, and adapt recipes based on what’s in season, just like French home cooks have done for generations.

The souvenir you can eat

You’ll leave with more than recipes you’ll take home, a sense of place. A slice of rural France, a few brilliant cooking hacks, and the warm memory of a table full of people enjoying what they made with their own hands. Our classes are living souvenirs, meant to be served again and again, wherever home may be.
